1980 - Hunan Huachang State-owned Enterprise Shanghai Office.

2003 - Renamed to Shanghai Juyuan Flame Retradant Material CO.,Ltd. after reformed.

2012 - Set up ATO masterbatch production base in Suzhou High-Tech Park Zone.

2018  - Set up ATO masterbatch production base in Changzhou High-Tech Park Zone.

2020  - Set up Shanghai Buchan Import and Export Co., Ltd. to trade other chemicals in plastic engineering industry.
